Ph.D ENTRANCE TEST (July-Dec 2025)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES WHO WANT TO APPEAR IN Ph.D ENTRANCE TEST (July-Dec 2025) OF MRSPTU, BATHINDA

  1. 1. Read the PhD Regulations-2016 of MRSPTU very carefully (available on   www.mrsptu.ac.in ).
  2. 2. Candidates who are not exempted from PhD entrance test shall have to appear in Ph.D ENTRANCE TEST (July-Dec 2025) for seeking admission in the PhD program of MRSPTU, Bathinda.
  3. 3. All such candidates shall register themselves for Ph.D ENTRANCE TEST (July-Dec 2025) by filling up registration form as available on University web-site.
  4. 4. After that, login detail will be sent through email. Candidates need to login in portal using login credential. After login candidate will see the online payment tab. then he/she will deposit the fee using any online mean.
  5. 5. PET form is to be filled ONLINE after registration and fee deposition. Steps for filling of application form is given as Annexure – 1. 
  6. 6. The last date of online form filling complete in all respects is 27th October 2025.. No separate hard-copy is to be sent. After successful submission of PET form candidate shall be intimated electronically automatically.
  7. 7. Admit card for the eligible candidates shall be available in their login ID, 30th October 2025 onwards.
  8. 8. All correspondence shall be made on the e-mail id/mobile number given by the candidate in the application form, so the candidates should be very careful in giving these details. 
  9. 9.University shall not be responsible for any lapse of intimation on account of wrong mail-id/phone number.
  10. 10. The date of written examination is 03rd November 2025 (Monday)..
  11. 11. The complete schedule (Calendar) of Ph.D ENTRANCE TEST (July-Dec 2025) is uploaded on University web-site. Candidates must remain in touch with the latest directions/updates on the University web-site.
Annexure – I:- Steps for filling of PET form
Step-1:- New Registration by filling email, mobile no. and Name
Step-2:- Log in and password details received in candidate’s email
Step-3:- Fee deposit – candidate to login and deposit the fees
Step-4:- Ph.D. admission form (related details) to be filled by candidate
Step-5:- Submit the application
